Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of Mind Transcended, available at https://mindtranscended.com, and the purchase and use of Premium membership.
Please read these Terms before purchasing a membership. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept them.
1. Provider Information

Throughout these Terms, the provider is referred to as “Mind Transcended,” “we,” “us,” or “our.”
2. Purpose and Nature of the Content
Mind Transcended publishes articles, audio materials, and other content about spirituality, science, and philosophy.
The project serves educational and informational purposes. It encourages learning, critical thinking, and a more thoughtful understanding of ourselves and the world.
Materials may include scientific information, philosophical interpretations, personal perspectives, and discussions of various spiritual traditions. These categories should not be treated as equivalent: philosophical and spiritual views are not necessarily scientifically established facts.
The content does not constitute medical or psychological advice, psychotherapy, legal advice, or financial advice. It does not replace individual assistance from a qualified professional.
We do not promise specific health, psychological, spiritual, or other personal outcomes from using the website.
Artificial intelligence may be used in preparing some materials to help edit, develop, and structure the author’s ideas. Texts are reviewed and edited by the author before publication. Audio versions may use a synthesized voice.
3. Registration and User Accounts
A user account is required to purchase and use Premium membership.
When registering, you must provide accurate information and an email address you can access. We may send account, payment, and membership communications to that address.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password and contact us.
Premium membership is intended for personal use. Sharing your account with others or providing paid content to people who are not entitled to access it is prohibited.
To purchase a membership independently, you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract under the laws applicable to you. Where required, minors must have the involvement or consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Premium Membership
Premium membership provides the following benefits:
- Access to the website without the advertising placements that Mind Transcended displays to visitors without Premium membership.
- Access to all published audio versions of articles.
- Access to articles marked as available exclusively to Premium members.
Not every article has an audio version. Audio materials are currently available in Bulgarian. English versions of Premium articles may be available as text without accompanying English audio.
Advertisements or other messages within external platforms and embedded content may be controlled by the relevant third party.
Membership provides access to content during the active paid membership period. It does not transfer copyright or grant permission to republish content or use it commercially.
We publish and update content according to our editorial schedule. We do not guarantee a specific number of new articles or audio materials each month unless expressly stated in a particular offer.
5. Pricing, Payment, and Contract Formation
The standard Premium membership costs EUR 2.99 per monthly billing period. This is the total amount payable to Mind Transcended, including applicable taxes.
Before you complete your order, the checkout page displays the selected plan, its price, and its renewal terms. If a promotional or alternative plan is offered, the terms shown for that plan before purchase apply.
By clicking “Submit and Pay,” or another clearly labelled button indicating an obligation to pay, you place an order for the selected membership.
The contract is formed when payment is successful and the order is confirmed. Premium access is activated after payment has been processed.
Payments are processed through Stripe using the payment methods available at checkout. The relevant payment provider’s terms also apply to payment processing.
Your bank or payment provider may charge additional fees, such as currency conversion fees. These fees are not determined by Mind Transcended.
Information about your orders and membership is available in your account. Order confirmation and the applicable contractual terms are also provided by email.
6. Automatic Renewal
The standard monthly Premium membership is an automatically renewing subscription.
By purchasing it, you authorize the initial payment and subsequent monthly payments until you cancel automatic renewal.
Billing takes place each month according to the subscription schedule. A monthly billing period does not necessarily equal exactly 30 days.
You can check your next payment and subscription status in “My Account.”
If a payment fails, Premium access may be temporarily restricted or terminated if renewal cannot be successfully processed. This does not affect rights or obligations that have already arisen.
7. Cancelling Automatic Renewal
You may cancel automatic renewal at any time through “My Account” by selecting the available membership cancellation option and confirming your choice.
When you cancel automatic renewal:
- No further automatic renewals will be processed under the cancelled subscription.
- You retain Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- Your Premium benefits end when that period expires.
To avoid the next charge, you must complete cancellation before the next payment is processed.
If you experience a technical problem when cancelling, contact us at contact@mindtranscended.com and include the email address associated with your account.
Cancelling automatic renewal does not automatically delete your user account.
8. Refunds Following Cancellation of Automatic Renewal
When you cancel automatic renewal in the ordinary course, we do not refund the unused portion of the current paid period. You retain Premium access until that period ends.
This policy does not limit your applicable withdrawal or cooling-off rights, your rights where content or services are not supplied or do not conform to the contract, or your rights in cases of incorrect or duplicate charges.
If you believe a payment was processed incorrectly, contact us with your order details. Do not send your full payment card details.
9. Withdrawal and Cooling-Off Rights
Consumer withdrawal and cooling-off rights depend on applicable law, including any mandatory protections in your country of habitual residence.
Where applicable law provides a 14-day right to withdraw from a distance contract, you may exercise that right within 14 days of entering into the contract without giving a reason. Nothing in these Terms limits any longer period or additional rights required by applicable law.
Cancelling future automatic renewal and exercising a right of withdrawal are different actions. If you wish to withdraw from the contract, state this explicitly in your request.
To exercise an applicable right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to contact@mindtranscended.com or to the correspondence address listed in Section 1. Include your name, your account email address, and sufficient information to identify your order.
You may use the form below, but doing so is optional. Send your statement before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
Where a refund is due under an applicable 14-day withdrawal right, we will issue it without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notice. If applicable law requires an earlier refund, that deadline applies. We will use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, without charging you additional refund fees.
Following a valid withdrawal, Premium access under the relevant contract will end.
Applicable law may provide specific conditions and exceptions for digital content and services.
Accepting these Terms, activating your membership, or using the content does not, by itself, constitute an express waiver of an applicable right of withdrawal.
Any loss of a right of withdrawal for digital content applies only where all applicable legal requirements have been met. These may include your prior express consent to immediate supply, your acknowledgement that this results in the loss of the right of withdrawal, and provision of the required contract confirmation.
Where a service begins during the withdrawal period at your express request, payment for the portion already supplied may be required only where the applicable legal conditions have been met.

10. Technical Requirements and Availability
To use the website, you need an internet connection and a device with a modern web browser. Your device must support audio playback to access audio materials.
Premium access requires you to sign in to an account with an active membership.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. When we identify a problem, we work to resolve it within a reasonable time.
If a paid feature is not working, notify us and include the affected page, your account details, and a description of the problem. A temporary interruption does not remove your statutory rights where content or services are not supplied or do not conform to the contract.
Content may be edited, expanded, or replaced. This does not entitle us to remove essential paid benefits during a period you have already paid for without an appropriate legal basis and the consumer protections required by applicable law.
11. Acceptable Use
When using the website, you must not:
- Access other users’ accounts or the website’s systems without authorization.
- Distribute malicious software, spam, or unlawful content.
- Circumvent Premium access restrictions.
- Share, sell, or publicly distribute paid content without permission.
- Interfere with the normal operation of the website or infringe the rights of others.
If we identify a violation, we may restrict the relevant access where necessary and proportionate. Where circumstances permit, we will notify the user of the reason and any opportunity to resolve the violation.
Restricting access does not automatically result in the forfeiture of all payments. The consequences depend on the specific violation and applicable law.
12. Copyright
Original materials on the website are protected by applicable copyright law to the extent that they qualify for protection.
Third-party materials, including quotations, images, and embedded content, remain subject to the rights of their respective rights holders.
You may use the website and Premium materials for personal, non-commercial purposes. Purchasing a membership does not grant permission to republish, sell, or distribute the content.
Quotations are permitted within the limits of applicable law, with acknowledgement of the author and source where required. For other uses that require permission, please contact us.

The content and operation of those services are controlled by their respective providers. A link does not automatically mean that we endorse every statement or service offered there.
This does not limit our responsibility for our own obligations to users.

Accepting these Terms does not constitute consent to optional advertising or analytics cookies. These are subject to separate settings and consent mechanisms.
15. Liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the content clear and accurate. Errors may occur, and scientific information and interpretations may change as new evidence becomes available.
Users should evaluate information critically and seek qualified assistance when making decisions that require professional advice.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Mandatory consumer rights relating to paid digital content and services remain unaffected.

16. Changes to These Terms and Prices
We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the website, our services, or applicable law. The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest revision.
Changes do not apply retroactively to completed orders or remove rights that have already been acquired.
We will notify you in advance by email of material changes affecting an active paid subscription.
A price increase for an existing subscription may apply only to a future billing period, following at least 30 days’ advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before the increase takes effect. Where applicable law requires express consent, the change will take effect only after that consent has been obtained.
