Aristotle (384–322 BC) was one of the most influential thinkers in human history and a central figure in Western philosophy. Born in Stagira, he traveled to Athens at a young age, where he became a student of Plato at the Academy. After Plato’s death, Aristotle left Athens and later became the tutor of the young Alexander the Great, a role that brought him both prestige and influence.
